African Development Bank debars Entreprise de Commerce et de Construction Immobilière for nine months for fraudulent practices | African Development Bank

The African Growth Financial institution Group, on 25 July 2022, declares the nine-month debarment of Entreprise de Commerce et de Development Immobilière with impact from 27 June 2022. Entreprise de Commerce et de Development Immobilière is a restricted legal responsibility firm registered below the legal guidelines of the Republic of Côte d’Ivoire.

An investigation performed by the Financial institution’s Workplace of Integrity and Anti-Corruption established that Entreprise de Commerce et de Development Immobilière engaged in fraudulent practices throughout a young for the Rehabilitation of the CCIA Constructing and Tower B of the African Growth Financial institution in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.

The Rehabilitation of the CCIA Constructing and Tower B of the African Growth Financial institution was geared toward enabling the Financial institution to occupy these premises.

In the course of the debarment interval, Entreprise de Commerce et de Development Immobilière and its associates might be ineligible to take part in Financial institution Group-financed initiatives.

On the expiry of the debarment interval, Entreprise de Commerce et de Development Immobilière will solely be eligible to renew participation in African Growth Financial institution Group-financed initiatives after it implements an integrity compliance program according to the Financial institution’s pointers.
