The Africa Adaptation Acceleration Program – a joint initiative of the African Improvement Financial institution and the International Heart on Adaptation – will host a webinar to discover the findings of the Intergovernmental Panel on Local weather Change’s (IPCC) sixth evaluation studies and their implications for Africa.

The session titled, “IPCC Sixth Evaluation Experiences: Insights for African Nations for Transformative Local weather Adaptation Investments,” will happen on 29 June from 12:00 to 14:00 BST as a part of London Local weather Motion Week.

Particularly, the webinar will spotlight key findings of the three studies and supply transformative options for a step-change in local weather motion throughout the continent.

Al Hamndou Dorsouma, African Improvement Financial institution Ag. Director for Local weather Change and Inexperienced Progress will take part, as will Prof. Anthony Nyong, the International Heart on Adaptation’s Regional Director for Africa, amongst others. Josué Tanaka, Visiting Professor in Follow, Grantham Analysis Institute on Local weather Change & the Setting, will average the webinar.
