Abuja — President Bola Tinubu has issued a directive mandating a considerable discount in official entourages for each home and worldwide occasions.
Presidential spokesperson, Ajuri Ngelale, who made this identified on Tuesday whereas briefing newsmen on the State Home, Abuja, stated the directive, amounting to a 60% discount, applies to the Workplace of the President, Workplace of the Vice-President, the First Woman’s workplace, ministries, departments and businesses ((MDAs).
In line with him, henceforth for international journeys, the president, vice-president and the First Woman might be accompanied by 20, 5 and 5 officers respectively, whereas for the native journeys, the president might be accompanied by 25 officers and 15 and 10 officers for vice-president and the First Woman respectively.
Ajuri added that ministers are actually restricted to a most of 4 employees members, whereas CEOs of businesses can solely journey with two employees members on worldwide journeys.
