Adoté Edem is a Togolese digital and graphic artist whose distinctive type and use of know-how has captured the eye of artwork fans like African Digital Artwork.
Born and raised in Togo, Edem was at all times fascinated by artwork and know-how. Rising up, he would spend hours drawing and experimenting with completely different pc packages. Nonetheless, as a result of restricted assets and entry to formal artwork schooling, Edem was largely self-taught. Edem’s work is a mix of conventional African artwork with fashionable know-how. He attracts inspiration from his Togolese roots and incorporates components of African tradition and heritage into his digital artwork. His paintings depict conventional ceremonies, folklore, and each day life in West Africa, giving viewers a glimpse into the colourful and various tradition of the area.
My title is Akuetey Adoté Edem, I’m a graphic designer and a digital artist, born in France from Togolese mother and father. I’m fascinated by creating pictures that mix African tradition and futuristic aesthetics, exploring completely different kinds and strategies. I primarily work on Photoshop, Illustrator and 3D software program for about greater than 8 years, switching from immediate design. I made a decision to create an Instagram account @ak.mossay to share my creations and encourage different artists. This account allowed me to make myself identified and collaborate with different creatives, reminiscent of musicians, videographers. I challenged myself to create weekly artworks and share them with my neighborhood. I’m comfortable to contribute to this platform that celebrates the richness and variety of African artwork and know-how
