The Lecturers Affiliation within the Central Area convened its eighth congress on 23 March in Asmara.
Mr. Belai Habtegabir, head of the training workplace within the area, highlighted that the Nationwide Lecturers Affiliation stands as one of many distinguished vocational associations within the nation, encompassing each veteran and younger academics. He urged the affiliation to ascertain sustainable coaching packages geared toward enhancing the capability of academics, thereby fostering the teaching-learning course of.
Mr. Afwerki Gebrezgiabihier, chairman of the Lecturers Affiliation within the Central Area, urged contributors to completely assess the strengths and challenges and actively contribute to realizing the affiliation’s mission.
Members engaged in intensive discussions on the executive and monetary experiences, adopting numerous suggestions. Moreover, they elected an government committee for a four-year time period.
