H.E Dr Omar Alieu TOURAY, president of the Financial Group of West African States (ECOWAS) Fee will attend the upcoming Worldwide Convention on the theme: “Freedom, Democracy, and Good Governance: A View from Cabo Verde.”
The convention is scheduled for April eighth and ninth, 2024, and can happen on the gorgeous Sal Island in Cabo Verde.
The occasion goals to facilitate significant discussions, share revolutionary concepts, and encourage collaborative efforts amongst world leaders and stakeholders to strengthen democratic establishments and improve governance.
A major function of the convention would be the introduction of the Sal Declaration, a manifesto emphasizing a collective dedication to democracy and proposing new paths for worldwide cooperation and governance enchancment.
ECOWAS’s participation on this convention underscores its very important position in selling democracy and governance rules.
